I intend to use this space to write about the daily struggles of those of us who suffer with anxiety, and hopefully help to inspire others to feel confident enough to open up about their struggles without any feelings of shame or embarrassment.
I really just want this to be an honest and, occasionally humorous account of my day to day experiences with anxiety and depression. I will talk about the highs and lows of dealing with mental health problems, and the various parts of our lives that can be impacted.
